Marketing & Visibility Lead (m/f/d)

MONOMANGO is a Berlin-based studio working at the intersection of space, technology and storytelling.
We design and produce immersive installations, interactive products, films and stage experiences for international clients.
Most of what we do is hard to explain in a sentence — which is exactly why this role matters.

We’re looking for someone who understands how creative work actually gets made — and knows how to turn that into clear, compelling communication.

This is not a traditional marketing position.

You won’t be managing agencies or pushing campaigns from a distance.

You’ll be inside the work, shaping how it gets translated into the outside world.

We’re looking for someone who ideally started hands-on (design, content, production, motion, copy, etc.) and moved into a more strategic / overseeing role — but still enjoys making things themselves.

You’ll define how MONOMANGO shows up — and you’ll also execute a large part of it.

• Turn complex projects into clear, strong stories (case studies, decks, posts, articles)
• Identify where and how our work should show up publicly — and make it happen
• Represent MONOMANGO in conversations, events and industry contexts
• Work closely with our teams to capture projects while they’re happening (not after)
• Continuously improve how we present ourselves — website, portfolio, presentations
• Support new business with sharp, well-crafted materials
• Build a consistent output rhythm (not noise, but relevant visibility)

• You’ve worked in a creative studio, agency, production company or similar
• You understand project-based work, clients, timelines, and production reality
• You’ve made things yourself in the past (and still can)
• You can switch between big picture thinking and execution quickly
• You’re comfortable talking to clients, partners, and collaborators
• You have a strong sense for what is worth showing — and what isn’t
• You’re proactive and don’t wait for perfect input
• Fluent in German and English

You should be comfortable creating things like:

• Case studies that people actually read
• Presentations that don’t feel generic
• Social / web content that reflects the quality of the work
• Simple edits (visual / motion / layout) when needed
• Website / CMS updates without friction

Of course we understand that it might be hard to excel in all categories, so don’t worry and if you feel like it - give it a shot!

Our HQ is based in a three-story former communications warehouse in Prenzlauer Berg, however we offer flexibility with hybrid work options. We offer a creative, collaborative atmosphere among our team of artistic directors, designers, composers, spatial artists and technologists.

We’re happy to discuss a structure for your part-time work schedule. An important factor is that candidates are based in, or able to relocate to Berlin. Applications from candidates who do not speak German to at least C1 level will unfortunately not be considered.
