We're looking for a Mid-level or Senior Artistic Director to join our team for a flexible full-time salaried position.

Your profile:

The role:

You are knowledgable in CG/motion design and interactive spatial experiences and are a highly motivated creative leader with a passion for visual storytelling. You have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, account managers, and other stakeholders. You have a deep understanding of design principles, brand strategy, and visual communication.

- Support our Creative Director to lead our design and production teams and ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Develop and oversee the execution of creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand standards
- Collaborate with account managers, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Continually assess and improve the agency's creative processes and workflows.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, feedback, and career growth opportunities.

 

As a member of the MONOMANGO team, you will contribute to exciting, boundary-pushing projects for international clients.
