The showroom’s main installation is a large interactive table featuring four touchscreens with object recognition capabilities. Visitors can simultaneously engage with an Interactive World Map Application, navigating through more than 150 real-world project stories of the company and its history using a custom 3-D printed Tangible to trigger the information, which is then displayed on the large presentation screen.
Every application in LAB1 runs on custom media server configurations and a software framework we developed in-house. For Hager that means a bespoke CMS that functions as the heart for all content updates. It is intuitive to use and flexible enough to handle any type of content they publish.
