the go-to person for our colleagues.Your tasks:Your profile:

You are responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and the teams' spirits high

You support our management in administrative and organisational matters

You are responsible for all rentals concerning our multi-functional event room HOLON Space. You actively promote it and scope out new rental opportunities

You are the first point of contact for our employees and are on hand with help and advice if they have any questions

You take care of organizational issues with our freelancers (NDAs and contracts etc.)

You look after our guests and create a working environment in which everyone feels comfortable and can work in the best possible way

You oversee operational tasks such as incoming and outgoing mail or orders

You supervise and organize occupational health and safety

You offer HR support to the team and organize meetings, workshops, team events and birthdays

You oversee production coordination, scheduling, and budgeting alongside a small team for our non-profit exhibition format HOLON

You have 3+ years of professional experience or equivalent in office/studio/agency/hospitality assistance or management

You are a charismatic team member with a talent for organization and cultivating a spirited and meaningful work environment

You have sales skills that are specific to facility rentals and have the ability to build business relationships

You set clear priorities, always keep an overview in challenging moments and see tasks through to completion

You have emotional intelligence and are discreet and supportive when addressing sensitive topics with the team

You have hosting experience and knowledge of the best restaurants, bars, cultural events and activities in town

You have a network within the wider cultural field and are open to cross-pollinating this with the agency and HOLON Space

You are interested in personal development and taking on responsibility within a team

You have (very) good knowledge of MS Office

You have a good knowledge of HR software like Factorial or similar

You have a customer-orientated way of thinking and acting

You speak German at a native level and fluent English
